For 30 years, Chet has helped companies achieve their business goals through thoughtful, strategic advice. His guiding principle is that investing in people can move a good company to greatness and provide the best possible returns. This investment begins by ensuring there is true alignment within the organization. Chet helps clients understand their current environment and provides insights and tools that accelerate the performance of leaders, teams, and the overall business.
Chet works primarily with small- to mid-sized companies in three main areas: executive coaching, assessment, and team alignment. The focus of all his work is to enhance business performance. He quickly gains a keen understanding of the challenges clients face. This allows him to serve as a close advisor who works collaboratively to develop solutions that match specific company needs and support a unique company culture.
Chet is a Board-Certified Coach (BCC), a certification developed by the Center for Credentialing & Education (CCE), and has achieved certification as a National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Governance Fellow. He is a member and former director of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), Denver chapter, which serves professionals involved in corporate growth, development, and mergers and acquisitions. He is also a member of the Denver Petroleum Club and The Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA).
Chet Marino earned a bachelor of science degree in management science from Nazareth College and a master of business administration from Regis University.
